Aceweb Internet has recently upgraded
and redesigned its popular Linux software archive, LinuxArchives.com
(http://www.linuxarchives.com). The site, which is part of Aceweb’s
SoftwareArchives network (http://www.softwarearchives.com), now
features easier navigation, faster download speeds, and screen
shots of the applications where available. Users can now download
various distributions of the Linux operating system, including
versions by Red Hat®, Gnome®, KDE®, Mandrake®,
armedLinux®, and MkLinux®.
LinuxArchives continues to provide Linux users with the latest
and most popular software available for the operating system. The
site is organized into specific categories that enable users to
locate software quickly and easily. Visitors can choose from business,
entertainment, programming, and IT-related applications, all of
which can be downloaded free of charge.
Aceweb Internet has also implemented new technology that allows
them to update the software listings within a day or two of a new
product release or version update. Users can visit the “What’s
New” section for a listing of the latest updates and releases.
