Jacques Milon, President, Co-Founder, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Milon serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Sales & Marketing for MDE and SoftwareArchives.com. Mr. Milon is a 10-year veteran of the computer and Internet industries. He has excelled in his career as an Internet entrepreneur having acquired over 300 domain names and establishing 17 domain names as profitable, commercial sites. Mr. Milon has grown SoftwareArchives.com’s Unique User counts and page views every month since its launch on the World Wide Web in June of 1999.

Angelo Di Giorgio, Vice President, Co-Founder, Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Di Giorgio currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer for MDE and SoftwareArchives.com. Along with Mr. Milon, he co-founded MDE in 1992. Prior to MDE, Mr. Di Giorgio worked with Mr. Milon for Atlas Industries in the Systems Integration unit. He brings tremendous technical expertise to MDE’s custom computer division and to the Internet technology side of the business.

William E. Lloyd, Outside Legal Counsel

Mr. Lloyd, Attorney and Counselor at Law has served as Outside Legal Counsel to MDE since its inception. He has practiced law for nearly 30 years, and is currently focused on assisting Internet and technology firms with patent and litigation issues. Mr. Lloyd has taken an active advisory role with a select group of clients to support their rapid expansion. Prior to becoming a practicing attorney, he worked as a patent agent. Mr. Lloyd holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and a law degree from American University in Washington D.C.
